About Me
I am Keshav Sharma, the founder of TatvaYogi, a platform dedicated to bringing yogic wisdom into modern life. With over 12 years of experience in the corporate world across IT, Healthcare, Automotive, Consumer Goods, and Online Travel industries, my professional life has given me structure — but Yoga & Meditation have given me meaning.
Having completed my RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Training, I now work towards teaching yoga and meditation with a grounded, authentic, and experiential approach. My areas of interest include yogic philosophy, meditation, breathwork, ancient scriptures, and the everyday application of yogic living.
Background & Journey
I have been fortunate to have been introduced to spiritual practices as early as the age of 5 through my parents. Practices like meditation, yoga, chanting, contemplation, and seva have been part of my daily routine for more than 30 years now.
My spiritual journey deepened through self-study, experiential sadhana, the desire to live a more aligned life, and the grace of my beloved Guru. Over time, I felt drawn away from routine corporate life toward a path of healing, teaching, and creating spaces for inner evolution.
I am now building a long-term vision of establishing a yoga–meditation retreat centre, combined with a co-work + co-live space that enables a slow-paced, meaningful, and purposeful life for people seeking clarity and balance.
